The Needham Funds made the following distributions for 2007: an ordinary income distribution for the Growth Fund in the amount of $0.01 per share and a long-term capital gains distribution in the amount of $4.15 per share; a short-term capital gains distribution for the Aggressive Growth Fund in the amount of $0.12 per share and a long-term capital gains distribution in the amount of $1.88 per share; and a long-term capital gains distribution for the Small Cap Growth Fund in the amount of $2.75 per share. These distributions have a record date of November 13, an ex-dividend date of November 14 and a payable date of November 15, 2007.
