Kathleen joined Needham in 2008 as an Executive Assistant. She has assumed many roles at the firm over the years, including sales and marketing, administration and operations, and managing the Needham September 11th Scholarship Fund. Today, Kathleen focuses on strategic initiatives, administrative matters, and client service for Needham’s hedge fund limited partnerships.

Kathleen graduated with a B.A. in French from Bowling Green State University.

Kathleen is on the Steering Committee for the Wall Street Development Accelerators Internship Program and serves on the City of Asbury Park, NJ’s Green Team.
