Morgan joined Needham Asset Management in 2026 as an Associate, focusing on institutional marketing and sales efforts.

Prior to joining Needham, Morgan spent two and a half years leading marketing at a healthcare technology startup, where she supported capital raises, business strategy, and business development efforts.

Morgan earned a Bachelor of Science from the Providence College School of Business with a focus on Marketing and Finance and remains actively involved in the alumni community.
